1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and okjil ("okjil," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the okjil website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any okjil services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the okjil Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.

2.2 Account Registration Process

• Your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

okjil is required by law to verify the identity of all account holders. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification documents, including but not limited to:

• Philippine PhilSys National ID;
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID);
• Philippine Passport;
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO);
• Any other government-issued identification acceptable under Philippine law.

Until identity verification is successfully completed, okjil reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including limiting deposit amounts and withholding withdrawal processing. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by okjil may result in account suspension.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active okjil account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. okjil employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection of multiple accounts linked to a single individual, okjil reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all accounts associated with the User;
• Void any bets, winnings, or bonuses obtained through the duplicate accounts;
• Confiscate any balances held in the duplicate accounts;
• Report the fraudulent activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Credential Confidentiality

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okjil Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication tokens. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents purporting to represent okjil.

okjil will never request your password via email, SMS, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to okjil customer support.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You agree to notify okjil immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. okjil is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account that occurs due to your negligence.

3.3 Account Activity Responsibility

All activity conducted through your okjil account—including deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, bonuses claimed, and communications with customer support—is deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for such activity. In the event of a dispute, okjil's transaction records shall be considered conclusive evidence of account activity unless proven otherwise.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

okjil supports multiple deposit methods tailored to the Philippine market, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and credit/debit card payments via Visa and Mastercard. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary depending on the payment method selected. okjil reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits based on account verification status, transaction history, or regulatory requirements.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your okjil account may only be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name. okjil requires successful completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:

• GCash and PayMaya: Typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts;
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Typically processed within 1–3 business days;
• Credit/Debit Card: Typically processed within 3–7 business days, subject to card issuer policies.

okjil reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or irregular transaction patterns. Such checks may temporarily delay withdrawal processing.

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds credited to your okjil account as bonuses, promotional credits, or free bets are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. These requirements are detailed in the terms and conditions of each individual promotion. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through irregular betting patterns, coordinated play, or exploitation of game mechanics constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

okjil operates in strict compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations and international AML standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction that raises suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All Users must engage in fair play at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okjil Platform:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts;
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities;
• Use of stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods;
• Bonus abuse, including creation of multiple accounts to claim promotional offers;

5.2 Game Integrity

All games offered on the okjil Platform are provided by certified third-party software providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness and compliance with industry standards. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published on the Platform and reflect the long-term theoretical payout rate. Individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP values due to natural variance.

5.3 Disputes and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communications failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, okjil reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the User's account. okjil is not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party service failures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the okjil Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of okjil or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okjil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your account or content;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content;
• Events beyond okjil's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, or third-party service disruptions.

okjil's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User into their okjil account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters arising from or related to your use of the okjil Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, okjil reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform or protect its intellectual property rights.

10. Termination

okjil reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other okjil policy;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment methods;
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other Users or okjil staff;
• Any activity that okjil reasonably believes constitutes a violation of applicable law.

Upon termination, any funds remaining in your account (less any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all outstanding verification requirements have been satisfied. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the effective date of termination.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

okjil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. okjil complies with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalidity or unenforceability of any severed provision.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the okjil Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and okjil with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings of any kind between the parties relating to such subject matter.
